The Streamline Assessment agent software and the Streamline Central service work together to create quick, inexpensive and comprehensive network assessments that businesses can use to determine the readiness of their LAN and WANs for VoIP. The comprehensive report can be used to answer these and other questions:

Appliance and SaaS

The Streamline OpenToolBox appliance is deployed on customer premises at major network junctions or in remote locations. Realtime information about the state of in-progress calls, alerts and alarms are securely passed to Streamline Central. Streamline Central concentrates the analytics, datastore and enables the VPN-less secure remote access to correct network faults without truck rolls.

Using active measuring techniques Streamline Assessment software agents gather facts about the state of the network. The gathered data is analyzed and compiled into a Network Assessment Report by Streamline Central.
